Hey Colma parents – are your kids and teens bored, warm, and cranky this summer? The San Francisco Children’s Musical Theater (SFCMT) offers an innovative children’s theater program for the summer. It can really make a difference. Our children’s theater program helps kids of all ages develop an interest and a talent in theater. It’s hard for kids not to get excited when they’re taking part in a professional caliber production, rehearsing, and learning all the ins and outs of the theater world. Led by Director John Bisceglie, a professional director who has worked on professional, community, and commercial theater productions for over twenty years, our children’s summer theater program allows kids to work with a theater professional to learn new skills and develop self-confidence and poise while having fun and meeting new friends from Colma and the entire Bay Area.
Like most Colma parks and recreation programs, our San Francisco children’s musical theater summer programs rehearse on Saturdays only, making our summer program a great option for busy Colma families and Bay Area kids. It’s worth the short drive to San Francisco to meet new friends and take part in an exciting theater production while learning all about theater from an insider’s perspective.
