San Francisco Children’s Musical Theater (SFCMT) helps to foster creativity and an appreciation of the arts among young people in the San Jose and Bay Area. It does so by offering summer theater programs which allow youth ages 5-21 to take part in live theatrical productions.
This is the closest that many children can get to a professional theater production.
Plus, our kids theater program allows children to meet other teens, youth, and kids from the San Jose community and Bay Area. It’s a great way to meet new friends while having fun and actually learning something.
Our summer theater programs for kids, teens, and youth are also a great way for children to experience what goes into a theater production and to actually take part in a real professional quality production themselves. Whether your children are interested in actually pursuing a career in the theater or simply are curious about theater, this is a great experience that can help them appreciate live events even more.
Our ten week summer programs in theater arts are designed specifically for San Jose and Bay Area teens, kids, and youth and help foster friendships, talent, and fun.
