Santa Rosa children and teens can enjoy a magical summer time – by stepping right into the magical world of musical theater. San Francisco Children’s Musical Theater (SFCMT) offers summer children’s musical theater programs designed specifically to foster a love of the theater arts in every child and teen. Our programs last ten weeks and are designed for Bay Area kids, youth, and teens ages 5-25.
SFCMT summer children’s musical theater programs feature professional staff and the final theater productions which grow out of our summer programs offer a professional quality. Children and teens from Santa Rosa and the Bay Area love the amazing costumes, terrific music, attractive sets, and real audiences which show up at a historic San Francisco theater to cheer them on! Kids love working with new friends from Santa Rosa and the Bay Area as they prepare to put on a show that transfixes the audience. As they work towards a common goal, they learn so much, including self-confidence, discipline, hard work, the value of practice, and much, much more.
