One part fun…SFCMT children’s musical theater summer programs are designed to be fun and exciting. As children prepare for a live theater performance, they make new friends from San Rafael and the surrounding Bay Area and laugh together while getting ready to put on a show for a real audience.
One part learning… When Bay Area kids and teens take part in SFCMT children’s musical theater summer programs, they learn about every area of theater from theater professionals. By putting on a professional quality theatrical show, they learn about theater arts, music, and more while building their own skills and talents.
One part growth.. SFCMT children’s musical theater summer programs is designed on the idea that everyone can succeed with their talents. To that end, SFCMT staff work hard to build and foster the talents and abilities of every child. As kids and teens rehearse, they also learn poise, confidence, hard work, discipline, and teamwork.
Since our summer theater programs rehearse only on Saturdays, they are as convenient for San Rafael families as local parks and recreation programs. It’s worth the short drive from San Rafael.
