On-Camera Workshop Commercials
We are excited to present the results of our $20 Two Hour On-Camera Workshop that took place on Saturday, August 18th at the Hilton Hotel in Union Square.
All students (ages 5-25) were given an opportunity to film a “mock commercial”, similar to a “cold reading” on-camera audition. The tasks involved included six key elements: memorizing 1-2 sentences, standing on a spike mark, stating their name, smiling, looking into the camera, and presenting a product to the camera. Although most students have had little to no on-camera experience, we are very proud of everyone’s effort in taking this first step towards learning how to act and audition on camera!
