If you like the music of Disney, you’ll love SFCMT’s “Disney Spectacular!”, the all singing, all dancing musical revue celebrating 100 years of Disney movie magic!

Our convenient eight week program with only one rehearsal per week on Fridays makes participation in “Disney Spectacular!” fun and easy.

One performance: Sunday, April 30th at the Herbst Theater in San Francisco.
(Showtime TBA)

No experience required, and all who audition will be accepted!

Auditions: Saturday, March 11th from 2:30-4:30pm

Participation fee: The participation fee for the twelve week program is $325 per child and includes over twenty hours of instruction, all rehearsal materials, and use of all costumes provided by SFCMT. In addition to the participation fee, families are responsible for purchasing dance shoes ($30) and selling tickets to the show.

How to prepare to audition:

1. Sign up online to attend our auditions on March 11th.

2. Please stop in during your age time slot and plan to stay for about an hour.

3. Please prepare to sing sixteen bars (around thirty seconds) of any song (without music). Disney songs are a plus! Select a dynamic song that really shows off your personality and pipes. If your child is not comfortable singing at auditions, we can have them skip the singing portion of the audition and recite “Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to “Disney Spectacular!”

4. Bring a photo with you. A snapshot or print-out of a photo will help us remember you when it comes to casting.

5. Relax and get ready to have a lot of fun! We strive to make our program fun, inclusive and low pressure.

Payment: As all who audition are cast, payment takes place at auditions or at our parent/cast meeting on March 18th. We accept cash, checks and Venmo.
