Want to look beyond the usual summer options this summer and do something different? Want to travel just outside of Atherton to explore a whole new world? Well, Atherton families, you’re in luck. San Francisco Children’s Musical Theater (SFCMT) is offering theater programs for kids and teens ages 5-21. This innovative theater program just for children and youth is a wonderful way for kids to develop their acting, choreography, and general musical theater skills. Working with director John Bisceglie, who has more than 23 years of experience in theater at the community, commercial, and professional level, is a wonderful way for future thespians to hone their craft. Even Atherton kids who are just curious about theater will enjoy taking part in the fun and excitement of the real production. Our children’s musical theater summer programs rehearse only on Saturdays, just like many Atherton parks and recreation programs.
