Looking for an Orinda children’s musical theater that’s really family-friendly and child-friendly? San Francisco Children’s Musical Theater (SFCMT) offers 10 week summer theater programs that allow children, youth, and teens between the ages of five and 21 to put on a professional quality production in front of a real audience. Our summer theater programs are designed to be exciting as well as convenient for busy Orinda families. They also designed to be child friendly and family-friendly.
The SFCMT summer theater program for children was designed by John Bisceglie, a director who has worked with hundreds of children over a twenty year career in the theater, bringing out the best talent in each young performer. Our summer theater program for kids, youth, and teens is designed to be inclusive. We give every Orinda and Bay Area child, teen, and youth the chance to shine. Plus, our rehearsals only take place on Saturdays, allowing more kids and teens from Orinda and the surrounding Bay Area to take part. All our rehearsals take place in a clean, safe neighborhood with easy drop-off locations, ensuring your child’s safety. Plus, at the end of our 10 week summer theater program, the kids and teens from our program put on a production, which is a great way for family and friends to take part in the theater program. Most families love showing up for the production and cheering on their family members in the show.
