San Francisco Children’s Musical Theater (SFCMT) lets children take part in the world of theater through our professional-quality children’s summer theater programs. Our summer programs for young performers ages 5-21 provide a safe space for children, teens, and youth to develop their talent in a supportive atmosphere while making new friends from Petaluma and the surrounding Bay Area.
Our summer theater program for kids are fun but also provide stepping stones toward other theater opportunities. Since our summer theater programs for kids are led by theater professionals, children and teens really learn the skills needed for performance. Plus, our kid’s summer theater programs are designed to be fun while helping kids build self-confidence, discipline, and creativity. Many kids and teens love performing in front of real audiences in colorful, glamorous costumes, and the SFCMT summer programs allow kids and teens to do just that. We are very inclusive and welcome young performers from Petaluma and throughout the Bay Area.
